Since there are over 700 pieces in the kit and many steps, it is impossible to chronicle the entire build process.  I will outline the major steps in our assemble process.

First we build the frame.   We start by taking out all the parts bags and the laser cut plywood parts.  The plywood parts are separated and inspected.  Any flashing or burrs must be removed before assembly.

The next step is to assemble the X-Y Stage

Then we install the power supply under the rear.

Now we can install the motherboard and stepper motor controllers

Install the X-Y & Z platforms

Install and wire the stepper motors

Time to build the extruder
